Abstract
1) Gender: female 2) Age: 54
3) Systemic disease: generally healthy, very positive personality
4) Medication Hx: No other medications
5) Oral condition: The gums are generally good, but the extracted teeth (#17, #25, 27, # 37, #46,47) and #48 are always sore and painful due to excessive occlusion. I have experience in implantation.
6) Treatment procedure
Through conversation with the patient, all second molars are excluded from treatment, and treatment is planned so that even the first molar can be masticated.
(1) Ext. of mand. 48
(2) 4th generation implants: Max.# 25, mand. # 46, common commercial implant placement: mand. #47
(3) Immediately after the 1st operation on implants, a healing abutment is signed and a small masticatory force is given.
(4) Periodic check of bone density inside the implant fixture of #25 and 36
(5) Impression of the mandible and completion of crown prosthesis 2 months after implantation
(6) The maxilla is 4 months old, and the patient is able to masturbate on both the left and right sides.
(7) Panoramic confirmation after max. implant crown installation
(8) Confirming the patient’s chewing power/completing the occlusal check
7) Post-treatment:
(1) Check occlusal force, panorama, bone density, texture and taste
(2) Periodic professional oral care
8) Patient satisfaction is very high, mentioning light and soft chewing power compared to existing implants, and saying that the texture is very good.
