Abstract
1) Gender: male 2) Age: 56
3) Systemic disease: congenital cleft lip, leg discomfort due to traffic accident, other healthy
4) Medication Hx : No other medications
5) Oral condition: A patient who has been in the state of placing the mandibular implant fixture for 2 years, and the condition in which teeth 21 and 22 in the maxilla are tied with a wire and just before extraction
6) Treatment procedure
(1) Ext. of max. 21 and 22 after taking an impression of the max.
(2) Max. implant placement: # 17, 16, 15, 13 # 23, 25, 26, 27 (4th generation implants # 15, 13 # 23, 25 are applied among these, and other products on the market in Korea
(3) Delivery of temporary upper and lower dentures and impression taking of implants in the 40th posterior region of the mand.
(4) Mand. 40th posterior implant crown prosthesis installation and mand. 30th implant impression taking
(5) Mand. 30th implant crown installation (mand. completion)
(6) Periodic observation and percussion, prevention and management of inflammation at 1 month intervals, and panoramic radiographs and follow-up studies at 2 month intervals
(7) Comparison of bone quality of the entire max. implant 5 months after implantation and simultaneous impression taking of the entire jaw
(8) Panoramic confirmation after max. implant crown installation
(9) Confirming the patient’s chewing power/completing the occlusal check
7) Post-treatment:
(1) Check occlusal force, panorama, bone density, texture and taste
(2) Periodic professional oral care
